Gala dinner practical information

Gala dinner in association with pinfa will be held on Tuesday from 19:00 at the National Gallery (1014 Budapest (1st district), Szent György tér 2). The meeting point is in the lobby of Hotel Hélia and the group will depart for the boat at 17:40. The boat departs from the port in front of the hotel at 18:00 sharp. Before the gala dinner please consult the map where the three different walking routes from the Várkert Bazár port and the National Gallery are illustrated with photos.
After taking the RED route together, these are the three groups to join:

• YELLOW route: includes climbing stairs, suggested for younger and fit participants
  PURPLE route: includes escalator, a narrow spiral staircase and a walk on castle walls
  BLUE route: includes escalator and elevator (max. 10 persons at the same time) only for participants with reduced mobility

After this 5-10 min walk in the Buda Castle area the participants will have welcome drinks and food at the mezzanine of the Gallery and will have some time to visit an exhibition, which will be followed by the welcome speech of pinfa at 19:30 and the dinner itself until 23:00.
