Oral presentations

Plenary: 30 min (25 min followed by 5 min for Q&A)

Keynote: 20 min (15 min followed by 5 min for Q&A)

Oral: 20 min (15 min followed by 5 min for Q&A)

In person oral presentations:

Please prepare your presentation in .ppt or .pptx format with 16:9 aspect ratio.
Name the file according to the following scheme: SURNAME_"day"_"month"_"hour"_"minute".pptx, e.g. HULL_30_08_08_40.pptx.
Send your slides to info@frpm21.com at latest by 27 August 2021.
The subject line of the email should be the "oral/keynote/plenary presentation Name Surname"
Bring a copy of your presentation and any embedded files on a USB memory stick to the conference.
Arrive at the conference room in advance of the session to introduce yourself to the session chairs.

The following A/V facilities will be available:

• Laptop with WIN10 Pro and Office 365

• Full HD projector (8 000 ANSI lumen, 1920 x 1080 pixels, 16:9 aspect ratio)

• Logitech wireless presenter remote control

• Countdown timer (22" monitor)

Online oral presentations:

Please prepare your pre-recorded presentation in 16:9 format with 1920x1080 pixel resolution with a small presenter thumbnail video. We suggest using Zoom for recording your presentation due to very good compression. If you are not familiar with this method, you can read a description here. You will be able to take part in the discussion and follow the other presentations also via Zoom.
Name the file according to the following scheme: SURNAME_"day"_"month"_"hour"_"minute".mp4, e.g. HULL_30_08_08_40.mp4.

Please send the link of your presentation to info@frpm21.com, with the subject line "oral/keynote/plenary presentation Name Surname" at latest by 23 August 2021. You can e.g. use this site for creating links to large files.

We recommend that you install the desktop version of ZOOM if you have not already done so, and send your e-mail address registered in ZOOM to info@frpm21.com.

Poster presentations

In person poster presentations:

Posters should be printed in A0 size in portrait orientation and will be placed in poster holders prior to the poster session by the presenters.
Tape/pins will be provided by conference organizers.

Please prepare your 2 min poster pitch presentation in .ppt or .pptx format with 16:9 aspect ratio (max. 4 slides)
Name the file according to the following scheme: SURNAME_poster_"poster session number".pptx, e.g. HULL_poster_3.pptx.
Send your slides to info@frpm21.com with the subject line "poster presentation Name Surname" at latest by 27 August 2021.
Bring a copy of your poster presentation and any embedded files on a USB memory stick to the conference.

The online registration fee includes the printing costs of your poster.
