Before starting the registration and abstract submission please read the FRPM21 registration and abstract submission tutorial.
Please note that the final registration of the presenting author is obligatory and should be performed at latest by 1 August to secure the presentation in the conference program.
You will NOT receive a confirmation email about the successful final registration. If you are unsure if the registration was successful or not, please log in with your email address below. If the upload is successful, you will see "Final registration - completed".
An accompanying person is a person who does not participate at the scientific parts of the conference, just the social events (welcome reception, wine tasting, gala dinner).

Please include the number of the pro forma invoice received after the final registration and your name in the notice of the bank transfer.
Any additional expenses pertaining to banking operations are not included in the registration fee and must be covered by the registrants.
After the receipt of the registration fee, the final invoice will be sent to the email address provided at registration.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat in email to info@frpm21.com.
For cancellations received until 30 June 2021, 10% administrative cost will be charged.
Until 1 August 2021 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded.
After 1 August 2021 no refund will be available.
COVID-19 situation
For those participants who are not allowed to travel to Hungary now we provide the possibility to join the FRPM21 conference online.
In that case please choose "online full delegate" or "online student" as the type of registration during your final registration and we will send you detailed information about the requirements in email.
